Root Cause Analysis Course The main aim of a root cause analysis (RCA) is to identify the root causes for a given problem or fault. This two-day, classroom-based course consists of a variety of root cause analysis (RCA) techniques that enable fault finding and risk identification in organisations. The course content covers several practical examples that indicate the manner in which RCA techniques can be used with an organisational setting. Learners will also develop an in-depth understanding of when and how to make use of RCA techniques in different types of industries.

1.      Course Duration This is a 2-day course; the start and finish times will be from 09:00 to 16:30. There will be a lunch break of 1 hour at midday. The detailed timings of lunch and coffee breaks will be adjusted to local habits.
